SHIPPING POLICY         

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated delivery time is 8 to 15 business days, depending on your location and shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the carrier, customs, weather, or other external factors.

All orders are shipped directly from PerlaBliss fulfillment centers. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on address, weight, and shipping method.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your parcel until delivery.

Because our products are related to beauty and hygiene, items do not need to be returned. If your package is lost, arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the description, we will issue a full refund according to our Refund Policy.

For international orders (if applicable), shipping times may vary. Any import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
