We want you to love every order from PerlaBliss. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Refund requests can be made within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty items do not need to be returned. Opened or used products cannot be sent back, but refunds may still be issued depending on the situation.
You are eligible for a refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, not as described, significantly delayed (8–15 business days), or lost in transit.
Refunds are not available for change of mind, incorrect shipping information, minor delays, or opened/used products. In some cases, partial refunds may be offered.
To request a refund, email us at support@perlabliss.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo or video if needed. We respond within 24–48 hours.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
